Mindset Shift Package

Designed to help you remain centered and focused on how to navigate stressors during conversations, the Mindset Shift Package focuses on: identifying and breaking down negative communication habits, recognizing how communication has impacted you this far and how it can shape the future, changing the way you see feedback, increasing positive self-talk, analyzing conversation patterns to pinpoint key issues, and build the motivation to develop these skills throughout life.

We often get distracted or deterred us from the commitments we make to ourselves. I help redirect your energy back towards your priorities and encourage intentionality at all times.

  • Six 45-minute sessions held weekly

  • Unlimited emailing between sessions

  • Weekly personalized handouts and practice


Emerge Certain Package

Designed for those who are ready for a total life overhaul! The Emerge Certain Package includes: identifying and breaking down negative communication habits, recognizing the scope of communication's role in your life, discussing emotional triggers that impact a conversation's direction and how to gain control of the topic, building assertive communication techniques and recognizing passive/aggressive actions, analyzing conversation patterns to pinpoint key issues, discovery powerful words and phrases to have on hand, education on preparation, body language, and communication styles. You will have a consistent source of encouragement, feedback, and support needed to stay determined, hopeful, and engaged in your goals.

  • Three month program

  • Eight 45-minute sessions

  • Unlimited emailing AND texts between sessions

  • Frequent motivational and educational messages/check ins

  • Two 15 minute sessions to be utilized within three month span

  • Weekly personalized handouts and practice

  • Resources and tools sent frequently for self-discovery
